Most of our safaris can be classed as 'photographic' - this is a key reason for many of our clients taking a safari.  Many of the lodges offer download facilities and many of our guides are keen photographers themselves and have extensive experience of taking photographs of the local area and wildlife.

More specialised photographic safaris offer tuition and/or equipment.  Zafara Camp in Botswana has specialist camera equipment in each room for the use of guests during their stay at the camp.

.

Our 14 day Leopard Tracks safari in South Africa can be combined with a couple of days personal tuition.  This can be organised for you before you travel.

Interested in wildlife film and documentary making?  Our new 14 day Wildlife Film Maker's Safari to South Africa combines film making tuition with a fabulous safari in conjunction with a local leopard conservation charity.

If these dates are not convenient, just let us know when and where you want to travel and we will find the perfect photographic safari exactly suited to you!

ZIMBABWE IS BACK!

Tracks Safaris have travelled extensively in Zimbabwe from the capital city Harare to the old colonial town of Bulawayo and over to the fabulous Motopos National Park.

We have stayed at lodges and camps in Hwange - home to some of the largest herds of elephant in southern Africa, enjoyed the wildlife and lake at Kariba and Matusadonia and revelled in the glorious views over the Zambezi River at Mana Pools. Zimbabwe is home to some of the very best wildlife and guides in Africa.

If you are planning a visit to Zimbabwe give us a call - we would be delighted to assist with your travel arrangements.  The country is safe, welcoming and ready for your visit.  Our advice - visit soon to enjoy the great wilderness areas before everyone else does!
