The Maldives has some of the best diving on the globe the many Atolls offer something for everyone - from small and simple three star islands you can wallk around in minutes and where the emphasis of activities is enjoying the sea and beach to larger, all inclusive islands with a choice of international dining venues and bars and activities available throughout the day.
When under water you are likely to see a stunning variety of schooling fish - parrot fish, black sturgeon fish and rainbow runners alongside oriental sweetlips. It is possible to see green and hawksbill turtles, palegis such as grey, black tipped and white tipped reef sharks many rays including feathertail and eagle rays - and of course manta rays. Watch in absolute wonder as manta rays queue an cleaning stations - giliding gracefully around and above you. Whalesharks can be encountered along the south east rim of the Ari Atoll.
All the islands have access to superb dive sites and many have excellent house reefs.
