Malaria Free Safaris

If you are travelling with children or would prefer a safari without having to take malaria prophylactics then we would recommend travelling to South Africa. The main malaria-free areas are Cape Town, The Eastern Cape, The Garden Route, the Reserves east of Port Elizabeth, the Waterberg region of Limpopo, Kwazulu Natal, Northern Province and the Southern Kalahari. You can add Cape Town before or after your safari experience or if you would prefer beach time we recommend Mauritius or the Seychelles.
