The greater Gorongosa region is ecologically unique situated at the southern most end of the Great African Rift Valley; as a result it is a region with high species diversity and environmental features found nowhere else in the sub-continent.
Visits to the local village are balanced with informative introductions to the conservation-biased restoration project within the Park. Game drives reveal areas of the Park that one cannot cover on foot, whilst walking safaris unveil aspects of Gorongosa’s natural world that will truly astound you.
