This iconic 9 night itinerary features the Masai Mara in Kenya, the awe-inspiring wonder of the Victoria Falls and game rich Hwange National Park in Zimbabwe.

The Masai Mara is one of Africa’s most prolific wildlife areas in terms of both qaulity and quantity of wildlife – including the migration during late July, August, September and early October every year. The Mara has an exceptional population of lion,

leopard, cheetah and hyena, elephant, buffalo, black-backed and side-striped jackals, as well the antelope topi, Thompson’s gazelle and Grant’s gazelle amongst others.

You will then fly to Livingstone or Victoria Falls for a few days of rest and relaxation or if you would prefer to be a little more active we can arrange some canoeing, white water rafting or microlight/helicopter flights over the Falls.

Your last stop will be Hwange National Park – the park’s different veld and landscape types means that game viewing is excellent year round. Wildlife frequently encountered in the area includes lion, large herds of elephant, buffalo, cheetah, leopard, spotted hyaena, giraffe, sable, roan, blue wildebeest, impala, waterbuck and reedbuck. In summer, wildebeest, zebra and eland are found in abundance on the open plains, while in winter elephant congregate in enormous numbers around the waterholes. Birdlife in the area is prolific (400+) and varied.
