Nuarro Eco Lodge is situated on the Baixo do Pinda Peninsula next to Nanatha Village in Memba District, Nampula Province in northern Mozambique.
There are just 12 luxury beachfront chalets accommodating 24 to 44 guests - 10 of the chalets have an optional twin bed upstairs for families. The chalets are traditionally built using traditional materials which allows for perfect ventilation.
Nuarro’s guests are welcomed in a very special reception area positioned at the top of the dune overlooking the magnificent Memba bay.
Inside the chalets are super king sized beds adorned with crisp linen which look out through large doors and windows tp magnificent views of the bay and Baobab forest, whilst luch dune vegetation creates a private space.
All the chalets have indoor and outdoor showers, a lounge area, a large wooden verandah and a sun-deck close to the ocean water.
You can enjoy the privacy of your African house while you sit on the spacious veranda or gaze at the blue sky as you gently swing in your hammock.
A panoramic restaurant and cocktail bar is located on the west end of the beach with view to “Nanatha Island Rock” and the bay beyond. The restaurant has a sunken lounge area with library where coffee/tea and home-made cakes and cookies are served in the afternoons.
The Beach Bar is a great informal spot where light snacks can be enjoyed throughout the day and drinks in the evening.
