ETOSHA KING NEHALE – ETOSHA
Etosha King Nehale is set on the Andoni Plains one km from Etosha National Park’s King Nehale Gate. The lodge has been designed and decorated to celebrate the rich cultural heritage of the area and the riches of the Etosha animal kingdom and is built in the shape of a Nguni cattle head with chalets furrowed to the north and south from the central area like a bull’s horns.
All of the 40 chalets are spacious and stylishly decorated with a touch of Oshiwambo cultural character and each has its own plunge pool and views over the plains. Etosha King Nehale has private access to a remote waterhole in Etosha National Park where the lodge has established its Ontalelo Outpost.
To the north are the communal areas of the Oshikoto, Oshana, Ohangwena and Omusati regions. Together with Etosha National Park, the lodge offers a unique opportunity to combine game viewing and the cultural vibrancy of the Aawambo people.
