ELEWANA TARANGIRE TREETOPS - TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK

Elewana Tarangire Treetops sits alone in a community wildlife area bordering Tarangire National Park amid a landscape of rolling and baobab-studded hills on the path of an elephant migration route.  The  elevated treehouse suites are perched high up with views over the adjacent baobab and marula trees.

LOCATION

Randilen Wildlife Management Area, close to Tarangire National Park in northern Tanzania.

THE CAMP

Twenty lavishly furnished suites have a private balcony, comfortable beds, and are crafted from natural materials which are blended with contemporary Africana décor.  Each treehouse boasts one of the largest bedrooms to be found in any camp or lodge in East Africa – and all have an exotic double shower ensuite bathroom. With furnishings that create warmth and demonstrate a commitment to local craftsmanship, the treehouse experience is completed by the open-fronted room design with stunning views across the Tarangire plains.  All the rooms have a unique view – some sunrise and some sunset and some with a view over the waterhole and animal trail in front of the lodge.

The main area is built around a baobab tree and the spacious dining room, reception and lounge overlook the swimming pool and a waterhole that sees a steady flow of wildlife.
