Start your safari on the heart shaped island of Pelo in the Okavango Delta. Explore the Linyanti wetlands on foot and experience all that the African bush has to offer. Gaze at Victoria Falls and enjoy some white water rafting or microlight over the Falls, Get closer to elephants as you sit by the elephant pool at Somalisa Expeditions in Hwange National Park and watch the elephants come to you. Canoe down the Zambezi River with experienced river guides watching as elephants cross your path and hippo call from the shallows.
Staying in comfortable, small and simple tented camps throughout with superb locations and all the comforts and excellent guiding – this safari is unbeatable if you want to get closer to Africa!
As this is a private journey you can extend your safari to enjoy some more time in Botswana either in the desert areas of the Kalahari Desert, Nxai Pan or the Makgadikgadi Pan, the Okavango Delta or Chobe. You can extend your safari at the end to the remote and stunning Chilo Lodge in the Gonarezhou National Park – please ask!
